Last week, SpotboyE.com brought you the news of how Priyanka Chopra had bruised herself while shooting for the dance-off in Sanjay Leela Bhansalis Bajirao Mastani (May 4). Now it seems Deepika too has hurt herself in the same manner.
The dance-off between Deepika and Priyanka, who play Mastani and Kashibai respectively, is a critical sequence in the period drama. The two ladies were required to wear heavy jewellery, including chunky bazooband (armlets) and paazeb (anklets) in the song. The armlets had left Priyanka with lacerations. Is it that the anklets bruised Deepika?
Keeping in mind the heavy anklets and the difficult dance steps, Priyanka had even bought ballerina shoes for herself and her co-star to avoid blisters on their feet. But looks like, that was of no help to either of them. Sigh!
